I have over 20 years of experience working with children and young people, focusing on listening and aligning my heart with theirs.

 

My work is rooted in fostering intrinsic motivation and creating a nurturing space for authentic self-expression.

 

Inspired by childhood play with my grandmother - who supported curiosity and discovery - and further enriched through the Montessori method, Therapeutic Play and Seiki Meridian Shiatsu, I have come closer to understand the profound healing and growth that arise when individuals are freely able to explore their innate energies.

 

The loss of my little sister has deeply influenced my perspective on the precious, limited time we have with children and each other, fueling my dedication to honouring each moment.

 

My journey has shown me the importance of stepping back from control, allowing space for wonder, flow, and self-discovery.

 

Whether through non-directive play, bodywork, or energy work, I am committed to supporting and witnessing the unique sparks within each person, helping them connect with their true selves and the limitless potential within us all.
