Individual and small group sessions in schools and in private practice.
Theraputic Play
Rooted in the human drive for self-actualisation, my sessions draw from Carl Rogers’ person-centered philosophy and Gary Landreth’s non-directive play method. As a trained Montessori directress, I believe every child is born with a natural love for learning and a desire for independence.
Inspired by these philosophies, I create a child-centered, non-directive environment that trusts in each child's unique treasure and inner guidance. I provide a safe, supportive space that empowers children and young people to lead their healing journey through play within respectful boundaries.
Sessions are tailored to each individual, encouraging self-discovery and exploration to uncover inner resources and navigate challenges that may hinder their potential.

Individual Play Sessions in Schools
I offer Therapeutic Play sessions for children and young people aged 2-16, working in primary and secondary schools as well as in private practice.
Each 45-minute, weekly, one-to-one session provides a safe and supportive environment where children can explore and express their feelings through creative, self-tailored engagement.
Using a non-directive, child-led approach, these sessions help children process difficult emotions such as anger, anxiety, and fear- supporting the development of resilience and strengthening relationship skills.
These consistent sessions create SPACE for children and young people to discover their unique selves and find ways to manage the challenges that sometimes stand in the way of their potential.
If you're a school interested in supporting your students' emotional well-being, please get in touch to discuss the support they need.
Sessions in private practice are also available at Community Psychotherapy Network.
Group Play Sessions in Schools
I offer semi-structured, child-led Therapeutic Play Group sessions for children and young people in primary and secondary schools, providing a safe, nurturing micro-social environment.
As the group's facilitator, I create a warm, accepting space and act as a supportive mediator, helping children and young people rebuild trust in caregiving adults while developing self‑awareness, emotional regulation, and constructive ways to express themselves.
The sessions bring together up to four carefully matched participants to explore feelings, resolve interpersonal conflicts, and practice new social dynamics through games, collaborative projects, and creative activities. Through these shared experiences, their ability to respect each other’s ideas and influences strengthens, encouraging to co‑create something new—whether that’s a story, a piece of art, a solution to a conflict, or a healthier way of relating.
