Helpers' Haven
‘Helping the Helpers’ Projects
Helpers’ Haven is a peaceful refuge dedicated to caregivers—teachers, healthcare workers, volunteers, and those caring for others—offering a nurturing space to pause and reconnect.
Using Seiki Meridian Shiatsu, I provide heart-centred treatments that promote deep relaxation, self-awareness and balance, allowing caregivers to rejuvenate and care for their well-being.
Helpers’ Haven is a dedicated initiative aimed at supporting caregivers through compassionate care, self-reflection and gentle healing. It provides a nurturing space for individuals to reconnect with themselves, restore their strength, and nurture their well-being.
The project encourages everyone involved to prioritise self-care as an essential part of their caregiving journey.
Shiatsu at Ozora
For years, I have proudly supported the dedicated team behind ‘Haven,’ the ‘party aid’ support tent at Ozora Festival in Hungary. https://2025.ozorafestival.eu/
Operated by the *Indit Drogteràpiàs Intèzet Közalapìtvàny* (Integrated Drug Therapy Institute – Public Foundation) Homeen | indit.hu
This volunteer-run space offers festival goers a safe haven for psychological support, managing psychedelic emergencies and emotional or spiritual crises.
At Haven, visitors receive free care including vitamins, water, snacks, drug information and harm reduction advice, all rooted in the belief that true well-being honours both body and soul. My contribution through Seiki Meridian Shiatsu treatments helps the team unwind and rejuvenate after their shifts, fostering resilience and compassion throughout the festival.
It is a privilege to be part of a community that promotes health, safety and spiritual connection in such a vibrant setting.
